Ingredients:

• 2 large sweet potatoes
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven – Set to 250°F (120°C).
2. Slice potatoes – Cut into 1/4-inch thick strips.
3. Coat with oil – Toss slices in olive oil.
4. Bake – Arrange on a baking sheet, bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until chewy.
