Turkey & Pumpkin Mash (Great for Sensitive Stomachs)
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
• 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
Instructions:
1. Cook the turkey – Brown the ground turkey in a pan until fully cooked. Drain fat.
2. Cook the rice – Simmer brown rice in water for 30 minutes.
3. Combine & mix – In a large bowl, mix turkey, rice, and pumpkin puree.
4. Top with yogurt – Spoon Greek yogurt on top before serving.
